The user c an g enerate various output chang e sequences b y editing the s teps such as voltage, curr ent, time and whe ther t o c ycle the s teps of each single s tep. The p arameters include time units.
IT-N6900 has C C/CV priority func tion, which is suit able f or complex applic ations with high speed or no
overshoot t est r equirements. In C V priority mode, y ou c an g et faster v oltage rising. In C C priority mode, the output curr ent has no o vershoot, which c an be used t o t est the DUT of c onstant curr ent operating
characteristics. It is g ood f or applic ations such as laser t esting, int egrated cir cuit t esting, char ge and
discharge testing, power transient simulation and characterization of automotive electronics, etc.
IT-N6900 supports multiple protection functions such as OVP/UVP/OCP/OPP/OTP/Foldback. The F oldback protection function is mainly used to turn off the output when the power supply CV/CC is switched, so as to protect the DUT swhich are sensitive to voltage and current overshoot. You can set the working mode and the protection delay time. If the current working mode is changed, the protection will be triggered when the time is up and the output will be turned off .
